5. Cookies and third-party services

The website uses one cookie, mossai_locale. It is set only when you use the language switch, stores only the language you chose (en, es or zh) and expires after 12 months. You can delete it in your browser at any time.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not embed third-party content. Links to other sites, such as Google Maps or LinkedIn, load nothing until you click them; after that, those sites' own privacy policies apply.

6. Service providers and international transfers

We use a hosting provider (Vercel Inc., based in the United States) and a business email provider. Vercel delivers the website through servers around the world, so your visit may be handled outside your country. Because we are based in China, messages you send us are received in China.

Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies the European Union's Standard Contractual Clauses in its data processing agreement. Our email provider is a company based in China.

7. How long we keep it

  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps them for a short period, 30 days at most, and then deletes them automatically.
  • Emails: we keep them while your enquiry or our business relationship lasts and, where they are business correspondence, for up to four years afterwards, in line with the time limits for legal claims under China's Civil Code (three years in general, Article 188; four years for international sales contracts, Article 594).
  • The language cookie: 12 months, or until you delete it.

When those periods end, the information is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, receive a copy, and complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, email yanyan.sun@mossaienergy.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and we will reply within 10 working days.

9. Security

The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections and does not store visitor submissions, and access to our accounts is limited to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
